SAY NO TO REINCARNATION AND NECROMANCY
There is nothing like Reincarnation and Necromancy. They are the “hallmarks” of false religions and secret societies. Reincarnation is the false belief that when somebody dies, he can come back into this world as a human being, animal, or even as a tree. Necromancy is the false belief of communicating with the spirit of dead. They are all the deceit of from the devils.
It is interesting to note that God Almighty, has created every human being to be unique from each other. That is to say, no two persons look exactly the same or alike. Even twins are not exactly the same. They so much look alike in some cases, that only the mothers can differentiate between them. God doesn’t produce duplicates; He produces originals. The uniqueness is also applicable to animals. In fact, all God created are unique from each other: the mountains, stars, trees, name them. They are different from others in shape and sizes.
Therefore, no one has ever lived before on your behalf, neither can anybody do so in future. It is appointed unto men to die once, after that comes judgement.

IMPERSONATING SPIRIT
Sometime ago, a spirit went and lived physically on earth as human being for years. He impersonated a particular dead man from Edo State of Nigeria. He ‘married’ a woman and had children, though he didn’t go through the normal marriage ceremony, involving the parents and kinsmen of families of parties concerned. Eventually, his identity was exposed, and he disappeared till today.
It happened the real man (the impersonated person), died in a ghastly motor accident. People from his community and beyond, made elaborate burial ceremony for him. Professional mourners were hired to perform their acts of crying, and entertain the crowd of sympathizers. Of course, these hired mourners shared crocodile tears, and bemoan the departed man as they paid to do. They poured encomium on him. Nobody talked about his evil past.
Food and drinks, were served freely to all the people who gathered for the burial. At the end of it all, his body was buried and he was forgotten. He never married anybody when he was alive.
Then, this spirit impostor came into the scene. It is a known fact that these spirits (or devils), mingle among human beings and partake in human activities. They infiltrate the society, with the cardinal objective of polluting people, and luring them away from God their creator. They rent houses, work, and even work in the banks. That was the origin of “ghost workers” syndrome.
So, this strange man appeared, and began to fraternize with ladies. He was a regular at night clubs; a womanizer and a drunkard, among other vices. Later, he got much attracted to a particular lady, who frequented nightclubs, and other public places as well. He lavished money and goodies on her. It was a matter of time, she moved permanently to his house to live with him; like husband and wife. There was no marriage ceremony of any kind. Of course, consent of parents and other relations were not sought for. The lady therefore threw caution to the wind.
Years later, they had children. As time went on, the wife became anxious to know and visit his village. She wanted to get acquainted with his people. She was becoming increasingly restless and feeling insecure in the marriage, without meeting his parents. They were living in the city. She kept on pestering him for years, to lead her to his people to see them. When the disturbance became unbearable for him, he made up his mind to take her to his ‘people’ in the village.
Meanwhile, rumours had been making rounds, that the man was a ‘living dead’ person. He had striking resemblance of the dead man he was impersonating. People who knew the dead man when alive said he had reincarnated. The rumour even reached the ears of the relatives in the village. They ignored it; and didn’t take the pain to go and search for him, to verify the allegation.
The woman was excited, about the prospect of going to see her parents-in laws. On the appointed date, he set off to the village with his wife and two children. As they approached the home, he told them to be in front, as he directed them along the foot-path. When they came very close to the house, he pointed at it to them. He excused himself to urinate in the nearby bush.
The woman went straight to the compound with her children, not suspecting anything. She introduced herself to the supposed parents of the man, and mentioned his name. She told them confidently, that her husband was coming behind. The parents were dumbfounded. After a long silence, they eventually told the woman their son she mentioned, died many years ago in a motor accident. They showed her his grave right in the family compound.
Initially, the lady was confused, and didn’t believe them. She insisted her husband was urinating somewhere; and would come to meet them. She waited for the husband to come to no avail. She went out to search for him; thinking he must have diverted somewhere, to greet uncles and other relations. It later dawned on her the man was a spirit, and had disappeared till today.
She wept bitterly, and regretted not insisting on meeting his people from the unset. She married a demon who impersonated or ‘reincarnated’ a dead man!

There is nothing like reincarnation. It is the doctrine of false religions. It is actually the hallmark of false religions and secret societies. Remember, it is appointed unto men to die once after that comes judgement.
Reincarnation as taught by false religious, gives people false hope. In the sense that they think, they have another opportunity to mend their ways, when they die and later reincarnate into the next life. This is the day of salvation. It is appointed unto men to die once; after that comes judgement. The only chance one has to repent and serve the living God; is while he is still alive. When he dies, his soul will either go to paradise or hell: depending on whether he has repented or not.
Therefore, the LORD has never made it that when any human being dies, he can reincarnate as human, animal, or whatever, to go and live somewhere else. It is appointed unto men to die once, after that comes judgement.
All secret societies and false religions; believe in reincarnation. They believe somebody can die and be born into the world again at a later date; that he will continue to die and come back, to correct the past errors he made in his previous lives: until he reaches ‘perfection’. Great liars! They go to the extent of telling their individual members, dates and places they allegedly lived their past lives centuries ago; and the names they bore. This is a pure lie from Satan. If it is true, the individuals would have been conscious of their so-called past existence, without being told by anybody. One will be able to recall events which took place years back; even when he was small. Memories of past incidence should have been there.
When occult member dies, there are some ‘spiritual’ activities that secretly take place, between the dead body and the living members. They lock themselves up in a room or any enclosure. There, they would present a different ‘dead body’ of the man lying on the floor. At the slap on his face by the leader, he would ‘wake up.’ After the question and answer section with living members, he would lay down finally. They do certain things with the real bodies of departed colleagues; like cutting off some vital parts of the bodies for ritual purposes.
Some false religions worship cows, as their reincarnated forefathers. These cows are regarded as sacred; they are all idol worshipers. Others forbid killing or eating of certain animals in their communities. They as well believe such animals are their reincarnated ancestors.
Similarly, some “sacred” reptiles afflict superstitious and ignorant people. A certain family allowed a certain snake to be going in and out of the house. Family members believe it was their reincarnated forefather. When the wife of the man was about to give birth to a child, the snake went to a corner of their house, and stayed till the child was born.
Each time the mysterious snake moved its body; the child would move his own body simultaneously. When the snake remained quiet, the child would be quiet accordingly. It appeared the life of that child, was being controlled by the snake. When the husband went to enquire from the oracle, devil lied to him the child and the snake, jointly reincarnated the grand father: that the snake and the child were one. One day the snake died suddenly; the child also died. People perish due ignorance.
Occult members under any guise; constitute them into public nuisance. All hands should be on deck, to flush out all occult or satanic religions! Though they are deceitful, there are simple ways to detect them. Reincarnation is a doctrine of secret societies. Virtually all secret societies and false religions; believe in reincarnation.
Some say someone can reincarnate, to become a lower animal like dog in his next life. Then in another life, can turn to goat, cow and so on. That’s why many idol worshipers and false religions, worship animals like cows; and regard them as sacred. They believe they are their reincarnated forefathers. False religions and occult men try to justify their false beliefs by misquoting the bible.

In the spirit world, demons also teach that when their loyalist dies on earth, he actually goes to stay with his ‘master’ in his kingdom. The goddess of a river; would always urge her human followers, to leave the world and return to her in the river. When their human adherents agree to the death covenant, and eventually die, they will immediately go to hell. People, who worship mermaid spirits, are easily deceived to die and leave the earth.
They claim John the Baptist reincarnated Prophet Elijah. It is a big lie from Satan. John the Baptist operated in the spirit and power of Elijah. “And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just: to make ready a people prepared for the Lord” –Luke 1:17. In the spirit and power of Elijah: is the best interpretation of relationship between the two.
“And they asked him, what then. Are thou Elijah? And he said; I am not. Are thou that prophet? And he answered no. Then they said unto him, who are you that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What say thou of thyself? He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness. Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the Prophet Isaiah” John 1:21-23. Members of secret societies claim that John the Baptist reincarnated Prophet Elijah, is false and without foundation. John himself denied he was Elijah. Occult men also make the assertion that Christ reincarnated. That he died and came back.

SUPERSTITIOUS BELIEFS
In some parts of Benue State, people carry and dance around with bodies of their dead in coffins, for superstitious missions. They believe the spirits of the dead, are remotely directing the coffins to go and pay homage, to friends and relatives before they are finally buried. But it is the handiwork of demons. Bare-bodied, hefty men would be carrying the coffins, and be sweating it out; while demons who disguise as spirits of the dead, would be remotely controlling the direction they are taking the coffins to.
Devils use them to carry dead bodies around the communities to say “farewell” to relatives. They are idolaters. “But the fearful, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers the sexually immoral, those who practise magic arts, the idolaters, and all liars, shall have their parts in that lake that burns with fire and brimstone. This is the second death”—Rev.21:8.
NECROMANCY
Another ‘trademark’ of secret societies is necromancy. By this, occult groups believe they can communicate with the dead. In some secret societies, when their member dies, they gather themselves together exclusively in a room. Then, a demon appears practically in the likeness of the man, lying on the floor motionless. As soon as the leader gives him a tap on the face, he would wake, and sit on the floor, pretending to be the dead man. They would ask him many questions, like when he intends to reincarnate to the earth, and in what form. Satan is a great liar!
Necromancy, is the false belief of communicating with the spirit of a dead person, through a medium. Of course, it is not of God. Many ungodly people consult oracles, to ‘hear’ from their dead parents or ancestors. Here again, evil spirits impersonate the spirits of the dead, to speak to them through the medium. It is absurd to hear someone say, “My dead grandfather told me to perform sacrifices for him.” This is a lie from the devil. Anybody who consults a necromancer, is putting the lives and well being of himself, and family members to jeopardy.
It happened to King Saul. Out of the desperation, he went to enquire from a woman that had familiar spirit (necromancer). That resulted in the death of himself, and his three sons. Familiar spirits, disguise as the spirits of the dead. The woman was able to detect him to be Saul, by familiar spirit inside her. However, she couldn’t solve his problems. Instead his problems were compounded: which later led to the death of himself, and his three sons.
The devil who impersonated Samuel in the medium, said a lot of things concerning King Saul. And ‘Samuel’ said to Saul, Why have you disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answered me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that you may make known unto me what I shall do.
And ‘Samuel’ said to Saul, “Moreover the LORD will also deliver Israel with you into the hand of the Philistines: and to morrow shall you and your sons be with me: the LORD also shall deliver the host of Israel into the hand of the Philistines”—1 Samuel 28:19. Saul and his three sons died in the battle field the following day. There is element of truth in what devils say. But the ultimate aim is to deceive and afflict the person. He got more than he bargained for.

Dangers Of Divination
Consultation of mediums like: divination, consulting familiar spirits, and necromancy, are very dangerous. Such consultations usually end up in misfortunes such as: misery, broken homes and deaths. These mediums have certain things in common. They deceive their clients to believe the spirits of the dead, or spirits of ancestors speak through them. Actually, the devils speak through them. The devils have come to kill, steal, and to destroy.
God said, “There shall not be found among you any one that makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that uses divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch. Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before you”—Deuteronomy 18 10-12.
Many indulge in the habit of patronizing these agents of darkness, to seek information and possible solution to their situations, without considering the aftermath of it.
A man discovered his child was missing. He thought of what to do. He couldn’t. Finally, he decided to go to a soothsayer, to help him trace the whereabouts of his child. He told him the procedure. He said he would be locked up in a dark room for three days: during which he would neither eat nor drink anything; apart from the liquid to be given him to drink. He had a horrible experience.
He had nightmares and demonic visitations. Of course, he was bound and possessed by demons. At the end of the gruesome exercise, he was brought out. He didn’t appear normal. He looked emaciated and dazed.
Then, a bottle was placed on a table before him. The bottle expanded and appeared as television screen. Instantly, events in his life from childhood to date, began to pass through the screen. He found out from the screen: that mermaid spirits took the child away. Afterwards, the fortune-teller took a long look at him; and divined for him. He told him he committed a lot of atrocities in his life. He said the man would soon die.
But, if he wanted to live, he had conditions to fulfill. He should auction his property including houses, land and cars, at the first pricing. He complied. The soothsayer secretly sent persons to him, who bought them at rock- bottom prices.
He even sold his house he was living in; and became a tenant there. As time went on, he couldn’t pay house rent regularly. He was several months in arrears of payment. Therefore, the new landlord; had no choice than to eject him, and his family. He managed to get two rooms elsewhere, and packed out of his former house.
Up till date, he hasn’t recovered from the tragedy that befell him. He treks a lot daily. He went to diviner for inquiries; and he dealt with him! The juju man sent his agents who bought his property very cheap—at rock-bottom prices.
A man got happily married to his wife. Soon she became pregnant. The husband was anxious to know the gender of the unborn baby. He went to a fortune-teller to find out. The fortune-teller accurately or coincidentally, made forecast the child would be a boy. Actually the wife put to bed a baby boy. And they were happy.
However, there was something else the soothsayer told him. He said that the woman he was living with was not his real wife. He told him further, that another woman– his real wife, was coming his way. He told him a better wife was coming. He stored the message in his mind.
One day, the man had a serious quarrel with his wife. They were at each other’s neck. Suddenly, he remembered what the diviner told him recently: that a better woman was coming his way. Then, he became more furious. He was urged by an unseen force, beyond his control, to drive away his beloved wife. He threw some of her belongings outside; and ordered her out of his house. He warned her never to come to his house again.
It is over twenty years now, since he sent his wife packing. He has been waiting in vain, for the ‘real’ wife to come. He is now disillusioned. He is a drunkard and womanizer. After getting himself drunk, he will be running after women. He has a broken home. Even his only son is no longer staying with him. He is staying with his mother. The man has no plan of getting married again. He allowed the devil to ruin his family, through divination!

LIES FROM ‘ANCESTORS’
Diviners or juju priests, tell a lot of lies to the people with itching ears. Of course, they claim to be hearing from ancestors. They did all they could to stop early “White Missionaries,” from coming to evangelize and establish churches in African countries. Before the coming of White Missionaries, virtually all the communities were under the stranglehold of juju priests and their likes. The latter used divination to hold the people to ransom.
They levied all kinds of false accusations, in desperate attempts to frustrate evangelical mission to Africa. For instance, juju priests used to tell the people lies, from ‘ancestors’, that the White men were cannibals; who came to spy and depopulate the inhabitants of the land. They urge the inhabitants to kill those ‘cannibals’ to cleanse the land of evil. That was one of the reasons, quite a number of the early preachers from and Europe and America, were murdered in African countries.
As time went on, people were overwhelmed by their benevolence, establishment of schools, and provision of food items, among others. It dawned on the people that these whites were not cannibals after all. Then, the stranglehold and wickedness of the juju priests and their deities, began to give way. The mass desertion of these agents of darkness became phenomenal. And like the novelist Chinua Achebe said, “THINGS FALL APART, and the center cannot hold,”
As well, most of the heinous crimes being committed in our land today, like murder and human rituals, are instigated by these evil diviners. They are all undesirable elements in the society!
Many people go to the burial grounds in the midnight to commune with demons: all in the name of meeting with spirits of the dead. A man wanted to make enquiries from his dead mother. He was told to go to the mother’s graveside in the midnight to hear from her. When he arrived there, a spirit spoke, and gave him instructions about the family; including the name of the man that killed the mother, through diabolical means.
After the speech, the spirit told him to go home straight, not to look back. A familiar spirit spoke to him! One native doctor used to sell charms, he said would enable the customer to invoke any dead person to appear physically. He instructed that the person making the invocation, should come out of his house between I a.m. to 2 a.m. After some incantations with the charms, the dead man would appear and discuss with him. Satan is a great deceiver!
When I was small, I used to hear of a place in my community in a remote evil forest, where people go to commune with the dead, all in the midnight. There was a time a popular drunkard died in certain village. Months passed, and one of the relations decided to go and see ‘him’ in the thick forest. After going through the rituals, he was taken to a place in the same forest, where he saw his ‘brother.’
There he was, sitting on a bamboo chair, tying only wrapper on his waist, and was drinking palm wine. He was a drunkard and womanizer while on earth. He asked of people at home. He said they should not worry about him. That he was alright in the land of the dead. God said, there shall not be found among you a consulter with familiar spirits or a necromancer.
The scripture says, “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this judgement.” Reincarnation is the false belief that when somebody dies, the soul enters new body (human or animal). Our forefathers believed so much in it, that they name nearly all their children, after their dead close relatives. For instance, a male can assume the name of his dead grandfather, as someone who reincarnated him.
This gives room for impersonating demons, to operate in the lives of reincarnated people. Some children have scars similar to the ones, their dead relations had when they were alive. This is the handwork of devils. In other words, ancestral demons afflict families that believe in reincarnation, even to their newly born babies.
Such families and individuals are bound by devils. Sometimes, the ancestral demons possess the person, as soon as he is proclaimed as a reincarnate, by a juju man or whoever. The spirit can speak through him, to describe events that occurred, during the days of person that purportedly reincarnated him.
Devils impersonate dead people. They can appear physically in the likeness of a dead person, and imitate his vocal card. So that the voice sounds practically the same with that of the dead man. Once upon a time, there lived a stranger in a community. He bore the full name of somebody, from another part of the country, that died some years ago. Also he looked practically like him. He farmed in their land. As well, he participated in their development projects.
As time went on, news went round about this man. When the relatives of the dead man heard about this imposter, they decided to come and see things for themselves. They made enquiries about the house of the man. Just before they were about to get to his house, the mysterious man entered his house, and vanished till today. He was a devil incarnate!
We hear a lot of stories along this line: demons appearing to ignorant people as persons who died previously. Some employers, seek to know the local government area, or village of someone, before employing him, order to be sure he is a human being; and not a ‘ghost worker’. Some demons work in establishments like banks and insurance companies. They of course appear in human forms. They rent and live in houses; go to markets, etc. When their evil missions are terminated, they disappear.

SOME PEOPLE VISIT CEMETERY IN MID-NIGHT.
Cemetery or burial ground is a serene and solitary environment, where graves of dead persons liter the place. Normally, people have no business going there, unless they have somebody to bury. It has been mystified with stories of spirits appearing there mostly at the dead of the night. The story goes that spirits of dead people engage in activities there.
The truth is that there is nothing like, spirits of the dead moving around that place at odd times. It is the same impersonating devils, and not spirits of dead people at work. Those who go there do so for diabolical purposes. They commune with them for diabolical powers, false protection, or false wealth. Do not be deceived; there is no communication between the living and the dead. Those who indulge in such evil communication, eventually ruin their lives.
Remember, the enemy has come to kill, steal, and destroy. But God has come to give us life more abundantly. Repent and you shall receive a gift of eternal life. “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand”—John 10: 28-29. God Almighty is greater than all. When you make up your mind to worship only Him, He will destroy every power of the enemy against your life. Take a decision, and it shall be well with you. Amen.
